1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and our communication channels, operated by Talyx Strategic & Marketing Enterprise PLT ("we", "us"), an automotive dealer group in Sabah, Malaysia trading as Urban Auto Hub.

2. Vehicle information

Vehicle listings, prices and specifications are provided in good faith, are indicative, and are subject to prior sale, final inspection and written confirmation. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer.

3. Enquiries & communications

By submitting an enquiry or messaging our official WhatsApp or social accounts, you consent to us contacting you about your request. Our replies may be assisted by automated systems supervised by our staff.

4. Internal software

Our management dashboard and connected social-platform integrations are for use by our authorised staff only, on our own business accounts, in accordance with each platform's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Membership & rewards programme

Membership is free and open to individuals in Malaysia. Points are a loyalty benefit only: they have no cash value, are not money or a deposit, cannot be sold, transferred, traded between members, or exchanged for cash, and expire according to the programme rules shown in your member portal. Rewards are subject to availability and, where fulfilled by a collaboration partner (for example a car wash or workshop), to that partner's operating conditions. We may correct, adjust or revoke points and rewards obtained through error, fraud, automation or abuse of the programme, and may amend programme rules with notice in the portal.

8. Vehicle matching service

Where you opt in, we may introduce you to vehicles offered by licensed partner dealers that appear to match your stated preferences. We act solely as a marketing and introduction service: we are not the seller, we do not guarantee that a matching vehicle will be found or remain available, and any sale is negotiated and concluded directly between you and the licensed dealer under that dealer's terms. Your details are shared with a dealer only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
