What can you tell from an auction sheet?
The grade (overall + interior), true recorded mileage, accident/repair history codes, panel-by-panel damage map, and whether the sheet itself looks altered. We read these daily — the codes that matter take experience to spot.
What do I send you?
The listing link or photos of the car and its auction sheet on WhatsApp. If the seller refuses to show the sheet at all, that is already your answer.
What are the common tricks to watch for?
Re-typed sheets with softened grades, "grade 4.5" claims with no sheet shown, mileage that does not match wear, and R/RA (accident-repaired) cars sold as clean. A genuine sheet can be verified against the Japanese auction house records.
